Thriving with ADHD ™System
Real solutions for ADHD youth, teens, and families.
You have been searching for something that actually works. Not generic advice. Not theory from a textbook. Real tools built from thirty years of sitting in rooms with real ADHD families — working out real solutions together in real time.
The Thriving With ADHD™ System is a complete six-book series built on five trademarked pillars. Each book is written for two age groups — youth ages 8 to 12 and teens ages 13 to 18 — with practical guidance and real scripts for parents every step of the way.
Built from thirty years of national and international life skills workshops with real ADHD families. Not invented. Lived. Refined. Proven in real life.
Assembling the pieces between the non-divergent world and the brilliance of being ADHD.
Created by Dr. Anders Osborne, Ph.D. — ADHD Adult, Parent & 30-Year Specialist
This is the book that starts everything. A comprehensive parent guide written for families of ADHD youth and teens ages 8 to 18 — covering diagnosis, medication, school advocacy, emotional regulation, co-parenting, and the five pillars that form the foundation of the complete Thriving With ADHD™ System. Everything your family needs to understand ADHD and begin building real solutions — in one book.
Meet Dr. Anders Osborne, Ph.D.
Dr. Anders Osborne, Ph.D. is an ADHD Adult, parent, 30-year specialist, and educator who has worked with ADHD youth, teens, and their families nationally and internationally. This work has always been personal for her. She is an adult with ADHD. She raised an ADHD son. She spent thirty years in rooms full of real families working out real solutions together — and that is exactly where the Thriving With ADHD™ System was born.
The system is built on five trademarked pillars — OrganizeMe™, StudySmart™, ImpulseMastery™, ConnectWell™, and FuelRight™ — each one addressing a specific challenge that ADHD youth and teens face at home, in school, and in life. It is not theory. It is thirty years of showing up for families and building what actually works.
The Five Pillars of the Thriving With ADHD™ System
Every pillar targets a real problem ADHD youth and teens face every day and delivers real solutions — organized by age group for youth ages 8 to 12 and teens ages 13 to 18 within each book. Included within each book are practical solutions and real-world scripts written specifically for parents of each age group — easy-to-use strategies they can put to work immediately at home, as support for school, and in life.
Problem identified. Solution delivered. Starting today.

Thriving With ADHD™System
Built for Families.Designed for Professionals
“Assembling the pieces between the non-divergent world and the brilliance of being ADHD.”
The Thriving With ADHD™ System was built in real-world workshops with real ADHD families and refined over thirty years of working directly with educators, school counselors, therapists, and pediatric professionals who needed practical tools they could put to work immediately with the families they serve.
The system includes two complete and distinct sets of books.
The Parent Series — six books written specifically for families. Each book can be purchased individually to meet the need your family faces right now, or as a complete six-book set. Every book is organized by age group for youth ages 8 to 12 and teens ages 13 to 18, with real solutions and practical scripts for parents on every page.
The Practitioner Series — six companion books written specifically for coaches, school counselors, therapists, psychologists, and special education professionals. These books provide the clinical framework, session-by-session delivery guides, and assessment tools practitioners need to bring the Thriving With ADHD™ System directly into their work with ADHD families.
For schools, special education departments, group therapy practices, and pediatric offices, institutional licensing brings both complete sets — the parent series and the practitioner series — into your practice. Certified practitioners receive lending copies of the parent books to share with client families during active programs, ensuring every family has access to the full system regardless of where they are in their purchasing journey.
As part of your institutional licensing package you receive lending copies of the complete parent series — so the families you work with can read alongside your sessions without any barrier to access. Most families who borrow these books purchase their own set within the first program cycle.
Two sets of books. One complete system. Built for families. Designed for professionals..

Six Books. Five Pillars. One Complete System. Your family does not have to figure this out alone.
The Thriving With ADHD™ System for Schools and Professionals
A complete institutional framework — two sets of books, five trademarked pillars, and a licensing structure built for the professionals on the front lines with ADHD families every day.
School counselors, special education teachers, therapists, psychologists, and pediatric professionals do not need another generic ADHD handout. They need a complete, structured, age-appropriate system they can bring directly into their work with families — with the clinical depth to guide their practice and the parent-facing resources to extend that work into the home.
The Thriving With ADHD™ Institutional Licensing Program provides exactly that.
Certified practitioners receive the complete six-book Practitioner Series — one clinical companion for each of the five trademarked pillars plus the foundational practitioner guide — along with lending copies of the complete six-book Parent Series to share with client families during active programs. Families who engage with the system through a certified practitioner have access to the full parent library throughout their program. Most families purchase their own set within the first program cycle.
The system is available for licensing to school districts, special education departments, group therapy practices, and pediatric offices. Institutional licensing includes the complete dual book set, a formal licensing agreement authorizing use of all five trademarked pillar names in professional practice, and annual renewal support.
For School Districts and Special Education Departments
Your counselors and special education teachers receive a complete structured framework for supporting ADHD students and their families — with age-specific strategies for youth ages 8 to 12 and teens ages 13 to 18, parent scripts they can share directly with families, and a clinical guide for every pillar session.
For Group Therapy Practices and Psychologists
Your clinical team receives both the practitioner series and lending copies of the parent series — so every family you work with has access to the complete system from the first session. Built on thirty years of real-world workshop experience with ADHD families nationally and internationally.
For Pediatric Offices and Community Health Organizations
Bring the Thriving With ADHD™ System into your waiting room and your patient conversations. The parent series gives families an immediate, practical resource. The institutional license gives your practice the credibility of a formally structured, trademarked ADHD support framework
